KAMELON - 3D PRODUCT RENDER & MEETING SLIDES

KAMELON - A weight management suppliment company acquisition introduction presentation

VIRTUAL RESTAURANTS, REALLY?

This work is a case study of how SUBWAY and UberEats could together showcase Subway's offerings and emerging mobile technology. After sitting down with the team at UberEats, it was clear that we would need to create something extremely visual to help the team and franchisees understand how virtual restaurants work. This presentation showcases three examples of how virtual restaurants could use mobile ordering and food trucks to boost revenue. Concept one includes mostly items that were already in the pantry at the time of creation.  Concept two looks at adding some new trending ingredients to make a more premium salad offering, and concept three takes an imaginary look at how technology could assist culinary R&D in real time to bring new products quickly to select markets while gathering metrics on the success of each product.

SKIP THE LINE? YUP! INTRODUCING GRAB & GO

In a time when restaurant guests are seeking brands they trust and are more familiar with for affordable, accessible, and nutritious food, the Subway Grab & Go program is a unique opportunity to put more sandwiches in
our guest's hands. No longer will consumers on the go have to settle for the boring cellophane-wrapped triangle sandwiches.
Now, the number one sandwich chain in the world has made their delicious sandwiches available via Grab & Go! This innovation presents an opportunity where no other QRSR can compete!

These images show how the Subway brand is presented in this even quicker serve concept and potential merchandising opportunities unique to each location.

WORKING WITH A VISUAL IDENTITY SYSTEM

Launched in 2017, Subway's New Visual Identity System created a tailored look for restaurants globally. This gallery is a glimpse into how we worked with the new VIS system to integrate fresh, crisp visuals to give our brand an Iconic look while staying within the brand style guide.

GLOBAL BRAND IDENTITY PRE-WORK

Subway Global Creative Services team took a look at work that was happening across the entire Subway eco-system and we realized that the brand showed up differently almost everywhere. The gallery attached shows off the creative work that would latter be used as a foundation for the later launch of Subways very first Visual Identity System (VIS) 1.0.

AHEAD OF THE CURVE - GLOBAL RECRUITING & TRAINING

This style guide is a rough creative concept supplied to guide global ad agencies and internal Learning and Development teams to illustrate how a human resource recruitment guide should come to life around the globe.
